With over 24 years of experience in the beauty industry, Laura Willard brings a wealth of talent, artistry, and heart to every client she serves. Her journey began in Minnesota in 2001, where she built her foundation as a stylist in St. Paul. In 2007, she took a bold step toward her dreams and moved to Los Angeles, where she joined Fred Segal Beauty as a full-time stylist. During her time at Fred Segal, she crossed paths with the legendary Didier Malige, which opened the door to a new creative chapter—styling hair for high-end fashion editorials, commercials, and Photoshoots.

Today, Laura continues to pursue her passion through Kailyn Beauty, blending decades of hands-on experience with a deep commitment to creating elevated, personalized beauty experiences. Whether she’s behind the chair or on set, Laura’s mission is to make every client feel radiant, seen, and celebrated.
Laura’s husband, Chris Willard, brings his background in hospitality to help lead the business into upscale markets. Together, their shared passion for exceptional service and beautiful moments has positioned Kailyn Beauty as a go-to partner for luxury hotels, exclusive events, and unforgettable experiences.
